You must be at least 18 years old to use Nevo. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
We collect your date of birth during registration to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately and permanently terminated. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your account, including your real name, date of birth, and profile details. Impersonation, falsifying your identity, or misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@nevoapp.io. You may only maintain one active account at a time.
Nevo is exclusively designed for adults seeking serious, committed romantic relationships. You agree to use Nevo only for its intended purpose. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice or refund.
By uploading photos, voice recordings, or any other content (“User Content”) to Nevo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit that content within the app solely for the purpose of providing the Nevo service to you and other users.
You represent and warrant that:
Profile photos must clearly show your face. You may not upload photos of other people without their express written consent. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.
Nevo uses a proprietary matching algorithm to suggest compatible users based on your profile information, location, and compatibility indicators including — but not limited to — attachment style, love language, relationship goals, lifestyle habits, and background information you provide during onboarding.
Free accounts receive up to 20 curated match suggestions per day. Premium subscribers receive up to 50 curated match suggestions per day.
Nevo does not guarantee any specific outcome. We do not guarantee that you will match with, connect with, or enter into a relationship with any other user. You acknowledge that outcomes are based in part on other users’ independent choices and behaviors that are outside our control.
In-app messaging is available to users who have mutually connected. All communications within Nevo must comply with these Terms. You may not use the messaging feature to:
Nevo may monitor communications for safety and policy compliance purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the messaging feature, you consent to this monitoring.
Nevo’s “Ready to Meet” feature allows mutually connected users to signal readiness to meet in person. When both users indicate readiness, Nevo may suggest local date spot ideas based on your general locations using the Google Places API. These suggestions are informational only.
Nevo is not responsible for any in-person meetings arranged through or facilitated by the app. You assume all risk associated with meeting other users in person. Always meet in public places, inform someone you trust of your plans, and trust your instincts. Nevo does not conduct criminal background checks on its users.
Video calling between mutually connected users is available exclusively to Premium subscribers. Video calls are conducted through Daily.co, our third-party video infrastructure provider. Nevo does not record, store, or access the content of video calls.
You may not use video calls to share sexually explicit content or engage in any conduct prohibited under these Terms. Nevo reserves the right to revoke video call access for any user who violates these Terms.
Monthly Plan: $9.99 USD per month
Annual Plan: $79.99 USD per year (billed as a single charge of $79.99)
Premium Features Include:
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Nevo to charge your Apple ID or Google Play account for recurring payments. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trial: The Monthly Plan may be offered with a free trial period (currently 3 days) for eligible new subscribers. Your trial begins immediately when you start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the Monthly Plan price ($9.99) at the end of the trial, and your subscription will continue to renew monthly at that price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends through your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid being charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a paid subscription outright before the trial ends.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Premium access until that date. Cancellation within the app is not available; cancellation must be managed through your device’s subscription settings.
Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods, unused features, or early cancellation. For iOS, Apple’s refund policy may apply; contact Apple Support for refund requests. For Android, Google Play’s refund policy may apply. Nevo has no control over refunds processed by Apple or Google.
Price Changes: Nevo reserves the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide advance notice of any price changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of a subscription after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Your safety is our priority. If you encounter a user who makes you feel unsafe, who has misrepresented themselves, or who violates these Terms, report them immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at support@nevoapp.io.
Nevo reviews all reports and will take appropriate action at our sole discretion, which may include issuing warnings, suspending, or permanently banning accounts. However, Nevo cannot guarantee the accuracy of any user’s profile information and is not responsible for conduct that occurs outside the app.
Background Checks: Nevo does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on users. You should exercise the same caution you would use when meeting any stranger.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, matches, and messages will be removed from public view immediately and permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Nevo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including — but not limited to — violation of these Terms, conduct harmful to other users, suspected fraudulent activity, or any behavior that Nevo determines, at its sole discretion, to be contrary to the spirit of the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.
All content, design, code, trademarks, trade dress, logos, and materials within the Nevo app — excluding User Content — are the exclusive property of Nevo Dating and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including U.S. copyright and trademark law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Nevo app solely for personal, non-commercial relationship-seeking purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.
Nevo integrates with third-party services to provide certain features, including:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Nevo is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
THE NEVO APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEVO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF NEVO SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NEVO IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@nevoapp.io and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Nevo agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND NEVO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@nevoapp.io with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
Exceptions: Either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our processing of your personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data protection laws. Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract (providing the app), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where applicable. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Except to the extent superseded by the arbitration agreement above, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Nevo is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@nevoapp.io.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or app features. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Nevo after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using Nevo and delete your account.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nevo regarding your use of the app and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure: Nevo is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
